BYTOM, Poland. Jan 3 (PSN) - 1. FC Kaiserslautern have completed the signing of striker Jakub Świerczok from Polish 1 Liga outfit Polonia Bytom.

Jakub SwierczokThe Poland U-20 international, who has scored 10 goals in 19 league appearances this season, has signed a contract which will keep him at the Fritz-Walter-Stadion outfit until the summer of 2014.

Saganowski returns to ŁKS Łódz

LODZ, Poland. June 05 (PSN) - After six years of playing abroad Marek Saganowski has returned to the Polish league.

In the next season, the popular 'Sagan' will represent the colors of ŁKS Łódz.

LODZ, Poland. May 26 (PSN) - Both ŁKS Łódź and Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała have won promotion for the next season.

The Liga 1 clubs will play in the Polish top flight Ekstraklasa league for the 2011/2012 season.

Saganowski leaves Greece for Poland?

LODZ, Poland. May 15 (PSN) - Marek Saganowski has chosen to not extend this contract with Atromitos Athens FC.

The player declared this after the Greek Cup final. At a meeting with representatives of the club he refused negotiations on the agreement, and will likely return to Poland.
