LODZ, Poland. May 26 (PSN) - Both ŁKS Łódź and Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała have won promotion for the next season.

The Liga 1 clubs will play in the Polish top flight Ekstraklasa league for the 2011/2012 season.

A clinched tie (2:2) of Flota Swinoujscie with Termalica Bruk-Bet Nieciecza was enough to guarantee the Spring Knights promotion to the Polish Premier League.

ŁKS Łódź league on Tuesday won with GKS Katowice (3:0) and all they needed to be sure of promoted was the loss of points by Flota. Fortunately for them, on Wednesday Flota lost lost points in dramatic circumstances, drawing Termalica Bruk-Bet by conceding a goal in the 89th minute.

For the three next last rounds before the end of the season, ŁKS currently sits in first and has 10 more points than the third ranked Flota.

Meanwhile, Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała have also won promotion and will join the Łódź club in the Ekstraklasa in the upcoming season.

Podbeskidzie defeated Sandecja Nowy Sącz 3:1 and are currently in second place with 63 points, one point less than leaders ŁKS Łódź.

With three more rounds to go the Bielsko-Biała outfit is still counting on winning first place.
