WARSAW, Poland. Mar 13 (Fakt) — This summer will see Legia Warsaw FC's number one Jan Mucha leave to Everton FC in the English Premiership.

Now Real Madrid's Jerzy Dudek is believed to be a possible replacement for the Slovak goalkeeper in the capital club's roster.

Of course, nobody from the Warsaw club wants to officially admit that Dudek could be the Legion's next transfer target - at least not yet.

"After the departure Mucha we will be wondering who to replace him. From what I know, the club is not yet conducting any talks with Jerzy." says Legia's goalkeeper coach, Krzysztof Dowhan

"I do not know if he wants to go come to the Legion. However, if the opportunity arises, no doubt I would be for it."

Perhaps the best thing about this is that he'd slot right in on a free, and if the club will be competing in Europe it'll be better for him. A bit surprising though that the club would go for a bloke who has not been able to buy a first-team game in the last 4-5 seasons, but hey, if you've got nearly 60 international caps and plenty of club success under your belt, you're capable!
