WARSAW, Poland. Sept 6 (PS) — Of all the players brought to the Legion this summer Manu is by far the best player who has so far presented himself in league play.

The Portuguese winger, however, argues that it is not that easy for him in Poland.

"The Polish Ekstraklasa is much more difficult than the Portuguese," he says in an interview with PS.

Manu in the last two years spent playing in the Portuguese outfit C.S. Marítimo. Last season they with Manu took 5th place in the league table.

The Portuguese Liga is rated above the Polish Ekstraklasa, but the new acquisition of Legia Warsaw FC argues that it is in Poland, the game is much harder.

"This league is very powerful. There is not much time to think, to reflect on the implementation of individual moves, which, in turn, this is possible in the Portuguese league. If I had to compare them, the Polish league is undoubtedly much more difficult." Manu assesses.

Manu has definitely presented himself best of all the players brought in during the summer by the Legion. Fans of the capital club even chose him as player of the month for August.

The fact that the purchase by the Legion was a good move is convinced Goncalo Lopes, a journalist with Diario de Naicias.

"I think his transfer proves to be positive not only for the club from Warsaw, but for the entire Polish league," says Lopes.
