TagsWARSAW, Poland. Aug 9 (PSN) - Grzegorz Sandomierski still has a good chance to play for Celtic FC with negotiations still active between the clubs.
However, the Scottish club must offer more than 1.4 million pounds - reports the Daily Record.
"I admit that we are talking about Sandomierski with both clubs. The Scots and the Belgians made a similar offer," says the president of Jaga, Cezary Kulesza.
Apparently, the more determined to win the Polish goalkeeper are the Scots. Talks are still ongoing, because the sum offered by them is not sufficient enough for Jaga. Sandomierski's agent Cezary Osuch hopes that the discrepancies can be overcome by the end of the week.
"We are waiting until the clubs reach an agreement. I think the financial gap can be overcome. Once the clubs are done talking, I am ready to fly with Grzegorz for talks in Glasgow," he tells the Daily Record.
