Krzynówek: I won't play at EURO 2012

Jacek Krzynowek admits his chances at making the UEFA EURO 2012 squad look unrealistic due to several reasons, thus he will instead watch the matches in the stands rather then on the pitch.

Krzynowek has long had a concrete place on the Polish national team. After a few unsuccessful World Cup qualifiers the player has become angry, because almost all of the criticism and blame has fallen on his shoulders.

The player has since announced that he will not take part of the Polish team during UEFA EURO 2012. Instead, fans will very likely see him in the stands during that time.

"This event will take place without Jacek Krzynowek." states the 33-year-old.

"Even if I really wanted to, my health would not allow it. My knees wouldn't be able to handle it anymore. It may be a hopeless state, but UEFA EURO 2012 and Jacek Krzynowek are two different issues." says the footballer.

"After two games, it turned out that the Polish national team is one great shame, and coach Leo Beenhakker is no coach. We have become the big laughing joke of Europe - once again."

"I have already heard these same statements after the World Cup in Korea, and after the World Cup in Germany, and after last year's EURO. First everything is all cool, but then your thrown to the dogs." sadly adds the 95 capped Polish international.

I hope he at least gets the chance to earn his 100th cap.

Well bottom line is he was one of the few Polish players to play at a high level overseas. Remember that goal he scored vs Real Madrid the champions league and they beat them to move on. The big goal he scored to tie the first time with Slovenia and who can forget the big goal to tie the goal in Portugal. Bottom line he did alot with average talent and he showed up to play every game for Poland. Good Luck in Future Krznnowek
