WARSAW, Poland. June 14 (PSN) - On September 2, 2011 the Polish national team will play a friendly with Mexico.

Four days later, Franciszek Smuda's side will play against the Germans. It will be another stage in the preparation of the white and red for UEFA EURO 2012.

The Polish FA has finalized discussions with the Mexicans - confirmed by staff director, Konrad Paśniewski.

"It's the same level as the other teams in the region: Argentina and Brazil," convinces Paśniewski.

"In addition, assuming that Poland will win the promotion to the World Cup in Brazil in 2014, it will be an opportunity to play a friendly match in the region before the World Cup."

The two parties have agreed that, to the end of 2014 there should be played a second leg encounter in Mexico. The agreement also stated that both teams will play using their strongest teams.

Thanks to this match against Mexico, the Poles should see Manchester United's Javier Hernandez live in action.

Four days after this match, with Franciszek Smuda's side will play with the national team of Germany.

Matches with these opponents will be for the white and red strong preparation for the European championships, which begin on June 8 2012.

Mexico is hardly a possession type team. Right now they have an attack minded team. Will be a good test... Not like Argentina or Brazil they are definitely possession oriented.Lets just hope that Ireneusz Jelen and Sebastian Boenisch are fit to play!

What is Smuda doing playing 3 latin american possession type teams in a year leading up to the euro cup. We will not be exposed to such teams when we host the euro cup. Typical in the times leading up to the world cup we played harly any latin ameican teams. Guys what are you doing.
