Call-ups for Mexico and Germany: Małecki listed

WARSAW, Poland. Aug 22 (PSN) - Polish coach Franciszek Smuda has called-up players from the Polish T-Mobile Ekstraklasa league in addition to his list of players playing abroad.

A surprising name found on the call-up list of Ekstraklasa based players was Patryk Małecki from Wisła Kraków, who previously was outed by Smuda. It has yet to be confirmed whether this decision was made due to pressure from the media.

Another surprising name was also Maciej Rybus, who plays as a winger for capital club Legia Warsaw FC.

Franciszek Smuda also announced the names of players playing in foreign clubs, who were called-up for the September friendlies against Mexico and Germany. The first match will be played on September 2 in Warsaw, while the other played in Gdansk four days later.
