GLASGOW, Scotland. June 20 (PSN) - Legia Warsaw FC continues to search for a new goalkeeper, who could be a turning point of the team next season.
Meanwhile, Lukasz Załuska in the newspaper "Poland The Times" admitted that he wouldn't mind being offered a contract at the Legion.
Currently Załuska is a player of Celtic Glasgow, where he was to be Artur Boruc's successor. Unfortunately, he did not live through that long and lost hope from competing with Foster Fraser.
The media increasingly speculate that Załuska may turn from the bench in Glasgow to the the position of the first team goalkeeper in Warsaw.
Załuska himself admits that he did not have any signals from Legia, but would like for them to make him an offer.
"Legia is the only club in Poland, to which I return at any time. Even for a smaller salary. I prefer to earn less in Warsaw, for example, then big money in Russia," declared Załuska and assured that there would be no possibility for him to move to local rivals, Polonia Warszawa.
"This club has no fans. I do not believe that Polonia will win the Polish championship and will compete in European competitions. There is not a good climate for football there. Who are these players playing for? For the stadium seats? We talked earlier about money. And believe me, I'd rather play for less in the Legion, than having a much higher contact with Polonia."
