TRABZON, Turkey. Aug 16 (PSN) - Paweł Brożek came to Trabzonspor as the star of Wisła Kraków, but has yet to win a spot on the first team at the Turkish club.

Paweł BrożekSitting on the bench will not convince coach Franciszek Smuda to take him to the UEFA EURO 2012.

However, there is an interesting opportunity to transfer - interested in the Polish striker is Deportivo La Coruña.

"I confirm that Deportivo has become interested in the Polish international. There are still some details that need to be ironed out. Everything should be resolved in the next few days," says the player's agent Robert Kiłdanowicz in an interview with Przegląd Sportowy.

Przegląd Sportowy reports that Trabzonspor would have Brożek leave on a year loan with an option for a definitive transfer. The Spanish club offers 150,000 euros for the loan, but the Turks are demanding 200. The discrepancies are not so large. If Deportivo wanted to buy a 28-year-old Polish representative, they would have to pay an extra 2.7 million euros.

Deportivo is a club known across Europe, which until a few years ago played in the UEFA Champions League and was able to outplay AC Milan 4-0, and in 2000 won the Spanish championship.

Last season, however, the club dropped from first division and in the new season will play in the Segunda Division.
